MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT For more than 25 years, Busek has focused upon technical excellence.  Whether it's studying plasma  physics or building propulsion systems, we have always pushed the envelope to deliver real results.  Our  dedicated team of engineers and scientists have a growing track record for innovation and technical  achievement: • Busek created the first US-made Hall Effect Thruster to fly in space  • Busek created the first flight-qualified electrospray propulsion system.  This system is capable of  delivering ultra-precise thrust -  10 nano-Newtons resolution. • Busek created the first flight qualified propellant-less cathode using carbon nanotubes • Busek flew the first annular-electrode-based micro-pulsed plasma thruster following the USAF lead.
